About the course

This 30 minute course aims to enhance participants’ understanding of inappropriate workplace behaviours. Participants will gain a deeper awareness of inappropriate behaviour such as discrimination, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and learn practical skills and strategies for being an active bystander.

What you’ll learn

After completing this course you will have:

  • increased knowledge and understanding of discrimination, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment

  • increased understanding of the relevant legal obligations, including the positive duty to eliminate sex discrimination, sexual harassment and other unlawful behaviours

  • ability to identify discrimination, bullying and harassment and to apply active bystander skills to promote a safe and healthy workplace culture.
