About the course
This half-day (3 hour) workshop is designed to equip workplace investigators and HR professionals with trauma-informed and person-centred approaches to workplace investigations. This highly interactive, skills-based workshop is designed for professionals who have a basic understanding of how to conduct workplace investigations and the principles of procedural fairness.
