About the course
This 30 minute course ensures people leaders have the required skills to respond to inappropriate workplace behaviours (bullying, discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment) safely, effectively, in real time and at the lowest level possible.
The course enhances participants’ understanding of drivers and risks of inappropriate workplace behaviours and their impact on both the affected person and workplace culture more broadly. Additionally, the course includes strategies for people leaders to address inappropriate workplace behaviour, and methods for promoting a healthy workplace culture.
