About the course
iAcademy’s virtual classroom brings together small cohorts of senior leaders - executives, risk professionals, and board directors - for a deep dive into the evolving obligations and opportunities in workplace governance.
Join Australia’s foremost workplace culture experts over three sessions to discuss, reflect on and share insights with your peers about what it means to effectively govern for workplace culture in 2025:
Session 1: Governing for positive duty obligations
Session 2: Governing for psychosocial hazards and risks
Session 3: Governing for workplace gender equality.
Each 60-90 minute session explores real-world governance challenges and offers practical strategies for effective oversight of workplace culture risks, regulatory compliance, and ethical leadership. Participants will benefit from focused insights, contemporary legal updates, and the opportunity to test ideas and share experiences with peers across industries.
This course is aligned with element 3.1.3 ‘Culture’ of the AICD Corporate Governance Framework, and is valued at 15 DPD Units.
